Here’s a weekly recap of the best and worst of some of the regular web shows that I watch. I link and embed the good, but the bad just get mentioned.
The Nostalgia Critic made a video of the 11 Dumbest Superman Movie Moments. It was meh. Compared to most of his videos, I feel that this one fell short. But everyone can’t be perfect, so I’m willing to let this one slide.
Zero Punctuation sucked this week! Yahtzee, while reviewing Mad World for the Wii, forgot that he’s a comedic “reviewer.” There were no jokes and he spend a large amount of time just bashing the Wii, claiming it’s crap (which it’s not).
My favorite video game reviewer, UltraNeko, from Sadie’s Gaming Infection reviewed Malice for the PS2. Although not as good as her excellent review of Flower for the PS3, this one is still quite good.
Yu-Gi-Oh! The Abridged Series released several new videos this week (go watch all of them), but the highlight has to be his parody of Enimien’s “Without Me” with “Without Yugi.” Lyrically, the song is perfect, fitting the beat just right. You can also download the song. Link is in the video description.
Comic book reviewer, Linkara reviewed Daredevil #305 this week. The comic proves that anyone can be a villain and defeat two superheroes. All you need is a costume. Not his best, but still good.Trailer: Watch video here
This week’s episode of Unforgotten Realms was the second to last episode of season two, and was just there to fill in some final plot points before the finale. Not all that funny, but it will be intriguing to see how this season is going to end.
And finally, smosh released the second part of Anthony’s Death, with Anthony’s Resurrection. It’s quite funny, go check it out.
And that’s all for this week. If there’s any web show that you would like me to watch and give my two cents on, let me know.
Before I end this, a shout out goes to Badalight’s series Junsei Ryou. The first Season is now complete, and it’s not bad. You show go check it out. Here’s Episode One:
It’s finally done! The final part of Test 3 is here!
Please make sure you watch this video to the end. Why? You’ll see. Also, I apologize for the lower quality of this video. For some reason, my computer wouldn’t fully produce the video in HD, so I used a lower quality and it worked. Hopefully you’ll enjoy it anyway.
Well, this is it. The fifth video I’ve released this week and it looks like I won’t be uploading any more this week. I will try to get more videos uploaded next week, but for now, enjoy.
This is the extensive recap of day three at Genericon XXII. I show off all the things I bought and discuss about all the things I did that day.
Inuyasha is owned by Sunrise Studios and the US license is owned by VIZ media. Lupin the 3rd is owned by Tokyo Movie Shinsta and the US license is owned my Funimation. Kirby is owned by Nintendo. Case Closed (Dective Cona) is owned by Tokyo Movie Shinsta and the US license is owned my Funimation. Cardcaptor Sakura is owned by Madhouse and Cardcaptors is owned by Nelvana.
What’s this? Four videos in one week! How is this possible?
And the Blip version is working this time! Everything is going swell!
Anyway, here’s a recap of day two which had less than desirable results, but did have some pleasant surprises along the way. Once again, if you’re not a fan on anime, this video is not for you.
Inuyasha is owned by Sunrise Studios and the US license is owned by VIZ media.
Eureka Seven is owned by Bones and the US license is owned by Bandai Entertainment.
The relaunch of TwoTwentyTwo Productions starts with a a new video!
*Edit (again)* The blip version should be working, but if you are experiencing difficulties, you can watch the YouTube Version here.
Back in January, I went to my very first anime convention. It was literally a walking distance away and for ten bucks, I figured “why not?” Here’s my recap of what happened that day. Just a note though; if you’re not a fan of anime, this video is not for you.
Inuyasha is owned by Sunrise Studios and the US license is owned my VIZ media. Lupin the 3rd is owned by TMS and the US license is owned my Funimation.
And just so you know, the rest of Hg Labs will be released this week.
Every year, I plan on posting a new video on 2/22. Why? Because it’s my birthday that’s why!
This year, I thank all those who have supported me over the last 365 days. Thanks guys. It really means a lot to me.
